Not by Riot, but by us. If you would've realized that Riot shut this thing down over 4 months ago, then gave refunds, you'd realize that they are no longer liable for what happens in this client.
I will be posting this all over the place, in anticipation for Riot removing it. Please write them in a respectful, professional tone, explaining that hundreds of thousands of paying Mac customers have been without the game for 3 days now. I personally spent $15 on Riot Points last week, and I noted that in all my e-mails. They need to see the impact of their actions on the personal level, as well as the macro.
