Old Boompje Mac client cant start.

I just wanted to say that I can't start the LoL Boompje client anymore... for some days ago i could login and browse some champions, now when I cant even see the login screen. An error comes up and it says: LoL - Boompje edition cant start: -1712...

I came here to ask if I was the only one getting this error or is this another of riots mean actions?
