Quick update. Attaching a copy of the console log from when I locked in a champion to about a minute after the LoLLauncher.exe failed to open. You'll notice the countdown timer on the actual log for each instance where it specifies a time update. Something interesting I noticed is this line: 1/17/12 9:34:12 AM [0x0-0x38038].com.transgaming.cider.leagueoflegends[265] MasterGameController.onDisconnectLoggingSuccess: Logged a disconnect/reconnect audit message Yet there are instances in the log of saying the connection was established. Of course, I'm by no means close to proficient at understanding these logs, so I have no idea what good any of this could do. Hope it helps, heh. Attachments:

So, you're looking for a Boompje Client fix only, or will you be looking for a fix that can fix everyones stuff?

Some really hardcore gamers here o.o...Who wakes up at 6am to play a game?! LOL (me...) Same problem, but why are other Macs able to support the patch? Is it just a random mac problem or is there something wrong with older versions of macs?

Is it just a random mac problem or is there something wrong with older versions of macs? We have NA and EU users in this forum. In fact most of the active member are EU. So those who hadn't patched by then in EU could play, while the NA users who had already patched couldn't.

i don't even know if i have done the patch. i download the game yesterday and this morning i wasen't able to play. i do think i have the same probleme than evry one els. i start the luncher, after the updates i press play, LOL open, i tap my password, press play, choos my champ, the game start ( for the other user ) adl go in the dock, i see PvP.net on the uper left side of the screen (on the side of the apple) then it switch to League Of Legend and then back to PvP.net and noting append . riot is open in my dock and the adl page is black ( in the dock ) when i click on it my screen goes black and noting hapen !!! ( sorry for my english i'm from QC )
